On May 5, 2010 we moved our forums over to Zendesk in order to better integrate our support tools. We are looking into importing posts from the old forums. Until then you can access the old forums a http://www.bluemangolearning.com/old_forums.
If you posted to the old forums then your account information has been imported into the new system. You will just need to set up a password and verify your email address. To do so enter your email at http://support.bluemangolearning.com/access/help?user.

There's a wealth of information in the old forums (> 400 topics), overshadowing the new forums (< 50 topics).
What's the likelihood of an import of the old topics into the new forums?
Zendesk (who hosts the new forums) doesn't provide a way to import the old posts without sending out emails to everyone on the thread for each and every post. If they update their API to allow us to import without sending out all of the emails then we will do so.
