Copy and Paste Multiple Steps at a Time

I have many sets of instructions that use a lot of the same steps. When I start a new one, I usually take an old one and modify it or copy several of the steps from an existing document. I usually need to copy several steps in a row and I am forced to copy and paste each step individually. I would be great if I could highlight an entire block of steps, copy them and then paste them to my new document.

A "mover" interface would even be better. That would allow not only movement of steps from one lesson to another, they could easily be reordered at the same time.

Yes to the mover interface! Its a total PITA at the moment to reorder pages.

Looks like a case of an unintuitive interface; what I needed to do was much easier than I made it (cutting and pasting), by using the inspector or move step menu items. An outline view was the first thing I looked for (admittedly being very short of time, I didn't dig too deeply!)
