When I create an oval or rectangle to highlight aspects of an image, sometimes the shape doesn't quite match the shape of the highlighted area. A rotation option would be most helpful - similar to Photoshop where left/right curved arrows appear at the corners of the rectangle or oval for rotating the shape.

This is especially useful if the Oval is stretched to more of an ellipse shape.
