I want to use Zendesk's existing knowledge base functionality, not painstakingly skin some alternate site to look similar to my Zendesk. Our Zendesk is already heavily css-edited so it would take a lot of labor to get our ScreenSteps Live site to match. Is there an easy way or workflow I can use to get content from ScreenSteps into Zendesk?
Thanks.

Eric-
There is no direct publishing from ScreenSteps Desktop to Zendesk. You would need to:
1. Export your lesson as HTML
2. Upload the images from the lesson to a server of your own.
3. Paste HTML into a new Zendesk knowledge base article.
If you only work on your docs infrequently then that might work fine. But if you are posting a lot of documentation then it will become a drag pretty quickly.
I think that you will find that adding a custom CSS to your ScreenSteps Live site really isn't that bad, especially if you have already skinned your Zendesk site. If you point me to your Zendesk install I would be happy to show you what a custom template would like, as well as let you know if your CSS customizations would work in ScreenSteps Live.
