What would be the setup if I wanted to use the same host name across multiple spaces? Is this possible. Assuming...
Host Mapping = help.mydomain.com.au
DNS Server CNAME = help.mydomain.com.au -> myaccount.screenstepslive.com
Space #1 = system1
Space #2 = system2
How would I get a public url to both similiar to the following?
http://help.mydomain.com/system1
and
http://help.mydomain.com/system2
I can get this working for a single space but ScreenSteps Live expects the host mapping to be unique and so I cannot have the same root portion the same for both spaces.
Also, notice that i have dropped the 'spaces' element from the URL. I am not sure if that is possible as well. Just trying to make the URLs as friendly as possible.
Thank-you in advance

You can't use the same host mapping for two spaces. Each space needs its own unique domain as that is what we key off of. If you are using host mapping then you can drop the "spaces" from the url.
