My first impression of ScreenSteps Pro / live is really great. It's going to really work well for our application, but one thing I'm surprised to find missing is a simple Glossary. This would be a great addition. You could even make it parse the Lesson text and create a dynamic link or hover! :)

A glossary is definitely something we are thinking of adding to ScreenSteps Live but I couldn't give you an exact time frame of when it would be available. Thanks for the suggestion.
That's great to hear. Looks like we'll be using a custom implementation when we start designing our template.
If anybody's interested in a custom solution using your own template and server-side definitions and JQuery, here's a good starting point:

This can be easily modified to work with any server-side language and the tips can be formatted attractively using something like qTip.
