System hang

I entered some text in one of the steps and clicked the desktop. When I then clicked back on Screensteps, an Open Dialog appeared with a solid blue bar. I cannot do anything in Screensteps and had to force quit the application.

Is this something you are able to reproduce on a regular basis or did it just happen that one time? I haven't been able to reproduce this one yet so if you have any other details that would help me track it down and find a fix.

I opened my document, clicked on the desktop, and then double clicked an item to enter some text. This time an invisible box appeared over screenSteps obscurring a portion of the screen. (I double clicked an item near the center of the screen.) I can move the app screen away from the invisible box and use the system, but the invisible box remains obscuring a portion of my screen.

I exported to a pdf document. The export dialog with a solid blue bar remains on the screen. I have no way to dismiss the dialog and cannot do anything else in the system. I must force quit.

Are the issues you describe above happening with all documents you try to edit in ScreenSteps or just one in particular? If one in particular would you mind packaging the project (File->Package Project...) and sending it to support at screensteps.com? This is the only report we've had of behavior like this and I still can't reproduce it so I'm trying to figure out what the variable is.

Please send me an email address so I can attach my project file. I don't see how to attach it here. Thanks.
