Numbering the steps

Another nice-to-have:

It would be nice to be able to auto-number the steps. This would be useful when you want to make reference within the lesson top other steps (eg in Back in step 3 you did xxxxx. Now, you can XXX).

Connected to this would be the ability to create sub-points. I often seem to want to create sub-steps eg 1a, 1b and 1c, then move to step 2

I'd love to see substeps too! Right now I tend to just not add a title in the title area and keep adding steps to make substeps. But there are times I would like the substep to have a title.

That's the only one of my requests I don't see listed here as already being in the works.

I LOVE this program - has made my life much easier.

Hi Trevor,

It looks like this one got left behind...  Are you still considering it? 

Auto-numbering and a substep or some sort of hierarchical support would be extremely useful.

We have plans to implement auto-numbering. Probably not in 2.x though.
