Numbers lists and bullets

I'd really like to see proper numbered list and bulleted lists for the lesson text. While you can manually number and bullet lines, if the line wraps around then it isn't indented to line up with the text above; instead it lines up with the first column, i.e. the number of bullet.

Yes, this is unfortunate. We do have plans to offer this as soon as we can produce an acceptable implementation.

I can't provide any definite dates on when it will be available but it will still be a little while yet.
Yes there was one lesson I put on my website and for some reason it looked very crowded. All I did was add a number to each step and it made it look much better.
This is not something hard to do and I am not sure this needs to be a priority

I thought that Cocoa offered list numbering and bullets automatically to styled-text fields, a la TextEdit. But I'm probably wrong! ;-)
Cocoa does offer that but we don't use Cocoa as we are a cross-platform application :-)

Another vote for bullets and numbered lists. Would be nice to set a flush left for these items so that long lines of text would be indented correctly.
I'm for this as well. Guess it's time to bump this feature up on the to-do list Trevor. 2.9 perhaps?

I was discussing this with a coworker just yesterday and would love to have the ability to have proper bulleted/numbered lists (with auto-indents). Since this is a stated priority, I'm just adding my name to the list of people interested and hopeful for its appearance.
Matthew - check out the beta that you downloaded earlier today. Lists are now included in the text formatting bar.

Not finished though - we can carry numbered dots across steps, but not the numbered lists. I think this will be treated as a separate issue.
